By engaging Rico Web Design ("we", "us", or "our") for web design and maintenance services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Web Design Build: We provide custom website design and development services. A standard project fee is due as agreed in your specific invoice or proposal.
Monthly Maintenance: If you opt for our hosting and maintenance package, this fee covers hosting costs, SSL certificates, and minor text/image updates. This subscription is billed automatically every month via Stripe.
Design Services: Due to the custom nature of
digital design work, we do not offer full refunds once work has
commenced. However, we offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" during the
drafting phase. If you are unhappy with the initial design draft and
we cannot rectify it, you may request a refund minus a 20%
administrative fee.
Once the website is approved and launched live, no refunds will
be issued.
Maintenance Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time by emailing hello@ricowebdesign.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused days in the month.
Upon full payment of the project fees, the Client is granted full ownership of the website's final HTML/CSS code and visual design. Rico Web Design retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Rico Web Design and the Client irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
