At Rico Web Design, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their digital product. As we sell digital services and custom code, our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read the terms below carefully.
Before Work Begins: If you purchase a design package (e.g., our £100 Build Offer) and change your mind before we have started the setup or coding process, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
After Work Begins: Once the development environment has been set up or coding has commenced, a 50% refund is available if cancelled within 24 hours.
Upon Completion: Due to the nature of custom code and digital delivery, no refunds are offered once the website files have been delivered or the site has been launched live to your domain. We offer unlimited revisions during the build phase to ensure your satisfaction before launch.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your monthly hosting and maintenance subscription at any time via email or your billing portal.
No Partial Refunds: Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your service will remain active until the end of that cycle, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Failure to Pay: If a subscription payment fails, we allow a 7-day grace period before services (hosting) may be temporarily suspended.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
